This class action lawsuit covers consumers who purchased certain electronic devices containing a CRT (ex. televisions and monitors) in certain states. The lawsuit alleged a price-fixing conspiracy between multiple companies. Who is Eligible?
You are eligible if you purchased a device containing a CRT in one of 21 states and the District of Columbia. The time frame varies by state (see the claim website) between start dates in 1995, 1999, and 2002, and an end date of November 25 2007. Note that Sony devices are not eligible. According to the claims website, all other brands are eligible.
You may be eligible for up to $25.00 or more.
Proof of Purchase
No proof of purchase is required for the original claim, but you may be required to provide it at a later date.
