Who is Eligible?
You are eligible if you are from the US state of Missouri, and you paid for a prescription for brand name Celexa for a pediatric patient under age 18 between January 1998 and December 2013. You are eligible if you paid for a prescription for brand name Lexapro between August 2002 and December 2013.
You may be eligible for up to a full refund, depending on the details of your claim, and when in the specified date range your purchase fell. If you cannot prove the amount that you paid for these prescription medications during that time frame, you may still be eligible for a $50 settlement with alternate documentation.
